Digital PDFs
Invoices generated by a supplier’s billing system already contain a text layer. These are the cleanest documents to process.
Scanned PDFs
A scan is really an image inside a PDF wrapper, so OCR runs first to recover the text before extraction assigns each value to a field.
Multi-page PDFs and page counting
InvoiceHaven counts the real number of pages in each PDF and charges one page credit per page processed. If processing fails, the reserved pages are refunded to your balance.
From PDF to a usable workbook
- Upload one or more PDF invoices (JPG and PNG are also accepted).
- Extraction returns supplier, invoice number, dates, currency, subtotal, GST, total and line items.
- Review and edit anything that needs correcting.
- Export the selected invoices as a multi-sheet Excel (.xlsx) workbook.
