What InvoiceHaven is

InvoiceHaven is a web application that reads invoices and returns structured data. It combines OCR with AI extraction and mathematical validation, and delivers the result as an Excel workbook. The whole product is one workflow: Upload → Extract → Review → Export.

The problem it solves

Invoice data lives in documents but is needed in spreadsheets. Retyping supplier names, invoice numbers, tax amounts and totals is slow and error-prone, and it has to be repeated every month. InvoiceHaven removes the typing and adds an arithmetic check on the way through.

What it does

• Accepts PDF, JPG and PNG invoices, including scanned and phone-photographed documents.
• Extracts supplier details, invoice number, invoice and due dates, currency, subtotal, tax type, tax rate, tax amount, total and line items.
• Checks stated tax and total arithmetic and flags possible duplicate invoices.
• Lets you edit any extracted value before exporting.
• Exports one or many invoices to a multi-sheet Excel workbook.

InvoiceHaven is an AI-powered invoice-to-data platform serving businesses in New Zealand, Australia and the United States. New Zealand dollar (NZ$), Australian dollar (A$) and United States dollar (US$) invoices retain their original currency through extraction, review and export. GST is preserved for New Zealand and Australian invoices, while Sales Tax or State Sales Tax is preserved for United States invoices when stated. No currency conversion or tax rule is applied.
